General Policy 

I never “overbook” clients to allow for occasional missed or late appointments. Doing so would cause unpleasant and unnecessary delays for most clients receiving therapy. Therefore, if you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, please notify me 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. There will be a fee up to full price of the service for any appointment cancelled without 24 hour notice or any missed appointment. Late arrivals will still be billed the full price for the time reserved so please arrive on time. This billing policy applies to the use of gift certificates as well. I appreciate your consideration and timely arrival for appointments and for 24 hour notice in the case of cancellation.

Arrival:

If you are a new client, please arrive 10-15 minutes early to your first appointment to allow time to fill out my Client Release Form.

Existing clients, please arrive at least 5 minutes early to allow time for disrobing, otherwise the time will come out of the appointment to keep from going into the next clients time. Thank you for understanding.

Feeling sick?

If you become sick or are contagious please be considerate of myself and others to reschedule your appointment for a later time. At least a 12 hour notice would be much appreciated. Please note: if you believe you or someone you have been in close contact with within 14 days have or may have COVID-19, please contact Cristal immediately to either cancel your appointment or let her know of potential exposure,  Thank you!
